PoolIndex original product, source code, operations, user interface, visual design, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive property of Lior Elbaz, Israel. Copying, sale, distribution, sublicensing, or commercial use of PoolIndex — including the product, source code, operations, user interface, visual design, documentation, and related materials — is prohibited without prior written permission from Lior Elbaz. Third-party packages remain under their own licenses. This notice covers original expression and materials, not abstract ideas. Copyright in the source code is not a trademark registration of the PoolIndex name. You may install the Windows client on devices you control solely to use the hosted PoolIndex service. Closed Beta access is not a license to copy, sell, distribute, sublicense, or commercialize PoolIndex.
What you may do
Use PoolIndex to search and review publicly described claims, airdrops, faucets, and similar offers on wallets and research you are authorized to review. The Windows installer may be downloaded without payment. An account still requires an invitation, email verification, and acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
What you may not do
Do not copy, reverse engineer for a competing service, resell, or embed PoolIndex in another product. Do not use it to attack systems, steal credentials, collect other people's secrets, bypass access controls, or automate claims. Do not paste seed phrases, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
Read-only research
PoolIndex is read-only. It does not execute blockchain transactions, claim tokens, or hold funds. Any later signing happens only in your own wallet after you choose to approve it.
No guarantee of funds or rewards
PoolIndex does not guarantee eligibility, reward, profit, unclaimed funds, or that a third-party offer still exists. Findings are research leads, not money owed to you.
Payments
Downloading the Windows client does not require payment. Paid PoolIndex Pro, when offered, is created on the server with PayPal Sandbox in this Beta. Live PayPal is not enabled. The Windows client never stores PayPal credentials and cannot grant itself a paid plan.
