PoolIndex Terms of Use

Operator and acceptance of these Terms

PoolIndex is a software service operated by Lior Ziv Elbaz, an Israeli sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) trading as PROSYS SOUTH (Prosis Darom). PROSYS SOUTH is a registered business name and not a separate company, and PoolIndex is a product name. References to "PoolIndex," "we," "us," "our" and "the operator" refer to that sole proprietor.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PoolIndex website, desktop and mobile applications, account services, blockchain analysis tools, URL safety assessments, monitoring, notifications and related features (together, the "Service").

By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Description of the Service

PoolIndex provides automated informational tools for analyzing publicly available blockchain data and internet resources. Depending on your plan and platform, the Service may:

• Analyze public blockchain wallet addresses.
• Search supported sources for potential airdrops, rewards, claims and distributions, and show the official source for each finding.
• Evaluate URLs for security and trust indicators.
• Run Deep Hunt research on public catalog, source and archive information. Deep Hunt records are stored on our server.
• Monitor supported sources and send account notifications and email alerts.
• Offer a read-only connection for your own assistant or bot.

PoolIndex does not hold, store or control users' cryptocurrency assets, private keys or seed phrases. PoolIndex does not execute blockchain transactions, transfer assets, claim rewards on users' behalf or guarantee financial returns.

Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. Registration and email verification are required to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your account. You may not impersonate another person, register fraudulently, share or sell your account, or bypass account restrictions.

Public wallet addresses

PoolIndex analyzes public blockchain wallet addresses supplied by users. A public wallet address does not necessarily identify its owner or establish legal ownership of assets, and submitting an address does not prove that you control that wallet. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for addresses you are entitled to review.

A public wallet address you check or monitor is recorded with your account, in a wallet slot of your plan, and stored on the server. This record only means the address was checked or is monitored with your account. It does not mean you own or control that wallet, and PoolIndex does not verify ownership. Wallet checks run in the Windows and Android apps, on your device, and their results stay there. The website itself has no wallet check. Daily monitoring and Deep Hunt keep their results on the server.

PoolIndex does not require a wallet connection, a seed phrase, a private key or any transaction approval to scan a public address. PoolIndex never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

Plans

PoolIndex offers a free plan and a paid plan, PoolIndex Pro.

The free plan opens after you register, verify your email and sign in. It includes:

• 1 public wallet, 5 link (URL) checks per calendar month (counted in UTC and reset on the 1st).
• The public catalog and the features marked as free in the Service.

The free plan does not include daily monitoring, saved scan results, email notifications or an assistant connection.

PoolIndex Pro includes up to 5 wallets, 30 link checks per calendar month, daily monitoring of supported sources, email and in-app alerts, and a read-only assistant connection. PoolIndex Pro is billed monthly only; there is no yearly plan. The price is shown in your account before you subscribe. If a month is not paid, the account returns to the free plan.

Features are available only on supported platforms and when enabled in the relevant version of the Service. Unused allowances do not carry forward. We may change plans or prices only for future billing periods and only after giving you at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Payments and renewals

PoolIndex Pro is a monthly subscription. On the website and in the Windows application it is processed by PayPal. In the Android application it is bought through Google Play, and in the Apple applications through the App Store: that store charges you and handles the renewal, and you manage or cancel the subscription in that store, under its terms. PoolIndex never sees or stores your card details or your PayPal, Google or Apple login.

The full price, billing frequency, renewal conditions and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before payment. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. We will not impose undisclosed recurring charges. Payment providers may apply their own billing procedures, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account settings, by email to support@poolindex.app, or in PayPal. Cancellation does not delete your account. We stop the renewal within 3 business days of your notice, and you are not charged for any period after that. For the part of a month you have already paid, you may keep using Pro until that month ends, or ask for a refund of the unused part where the law gives you that right. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a PayPal subscription; cancel the renewal as well.

A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is cancelled in that store, and a refund for it is requested from that store under its rules; deleting your account does not cancel it. The statutory rights below still apply.

Your statutory rights depend on where you live and always apply:

• Israel: you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, or of receiving the written transaction details, whichever is later. We refund within 14 days of your notice. We may deduct a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the price or 100 shekels, whichever is lower, and the proportional value of the service you already used.
• European Union and European Economic Area: you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the service during that period, you pay only for the part already provided. You lose this right only once the service has been fully provided with your express prior consent and acknowledgement.
• Brazil: you may withdraw within 7 days of the purchase and receive an immediate refund of what you paid.

Send cancellation and refund requests to support@poolindex.app. Accepting these Terms does not waive any statutory right.

Scan results are information only

PoolIndex analyzes data from public blockchain networks and external sources. Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, outdated or unavailable, and PoolIndex does not guarantee that every potential airdrop, reward, claim or distribution will be found.

A finding does not establish:

• Ownership or control of a wallet.
• Eligibility for a reward.
• Availability of a claim.
• The monetary value of a token.
• The legitimacy of a third-party project.
• A guaranteed financial benefit.

Findings are research leads, not money owed to you. Verify every finding yourself before taking action.

URL safety assessments

A result labeled "Safe to Review" means only that the assessment did not find certain risk indicators at the time of the check. It is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee that a website, smart contract or transaction is safe. A result labeled "Unable to Verify" means the Service could not reach a reliable assessment; it is never a confirmation of safety.

Malicious websites can change after a check, and automated systems can miss threats. Use your own judgment before you visit external websites, connect a wallet, sign a message or approve a transaction.

No financial or investment advice

PoolIndex is an informational software tool. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, transfer, stake or claim digital assets.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain activity carries significant risk, including volatility, fraud, malicious contracts, phishing and irreversible transactions. Network (gas) fees are charged by the network, not by PoolIndex. You are responsible for assessing any transaction you choose to make.

Your transactions and third-party services

You alone decide whether to interact with third-party websites, blockchain protocols, wallet applications or smart contracts. PoolIndex does not initiate or authorize transactions for you. Check the identity and legitimacy of any third-party service before you share information or approve a wallet action.

PoolIndex may show information, links or references to third-party websites, protocols and providers, including public blockchain RPC endpoints and block explorers. A reference is not an endorsement. PoolIndex does not control the content, security, availability or practices of third parties, and their own terms apply.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by your own transactions, third-party misconduct, blockchain failures or inaccurate external information. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, APIs or infrastructure.
• Circumvent plan limits or technical access controls.
• Interfere with the availability or security of the Service.
• Distribute malware or facilitate phishing.
• Use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the Service, or to automate claims.
• Present PoolIndex findings as guaranteed financial opportunities.
• Reverse engineer the software, except where applicable law permits it.
• Paste seed phrases, recovery phrases, private keys or wallet passwords into the Service.

We may take proportionate action against violations, subject to applicable law.

Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is under active development. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical failures, blockchain network disruptions, provider outages and security incidents may affect the Service, and we may suspend features temporarily when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or legal compliance.

We may add, change or remove features for legitimate technical, operational, security or legal reasons. Material changes that affect existing paid subscriptions will be announced in advance where the law requires it, and will not remove rights you have already acquired.

Account suspension and closure

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, you will be notified and given a chance to resolve the issue. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account termination.

You may close your account at any time from your account page on the website (/delete-account), in the Windows application, or from Account in the Android application. What closure removes, and what is kept, is described in the Privacy Notice.

Privacy and security

PoolIndex processes personal data as described in the Privacy Notice (/privacy), including email addresses, account identifiers, public wallet addresses checked or monitored with an account (this does not show who owns them), technical logs and service activity. Recording a public address with an account can be processing of personal data.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect the Service and your information, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login details. PoolIndex never requests private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@poolindex.app.

Intellectual property

The PoolIndex product, source code, operations, user interface, visual design, documentation and related materials are the exclusive property of Lior Ziv Elbaz, trading as PROSYS SOUTH, Israel, subject to third-party and open-source licences. © 2026 PROSYS SOUTH, Israel. All rights reserved. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while you have authorized access. You may not copy, sell, distribute, sublicense, or make commercial use of PoolIndex without prior written permission from the operator. You may keep, print and share copies of these Terms and of the Privacy Notice for your own records or to exercise your rights. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses, and public blockchain information keeps its own legal status.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." PoolIndex does not guarantee:

• Complete or error-free scan results.
• Detection of every security threat.
• The availability of any reward or claim.
• The continued availability of third-party sources.
• Uninterrupted access to the Service.
• Any financial gain.

These disclaimers do not exclude statutory guarantees, consumer remedies or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

If you use only free features, they are provided without charge and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable to you for any loss arising from them, except as stated in the last paragraph of this section.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or speculative losses, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue or opportunity.
• Lost, unclaimed or devalued tokens or rewards.
• Network (gas) fees.
• Failed, missed or fraudulent claims.
• Losses caused by third-party websites, smart contracts, wallets or blockchain networks.
• Loss of data stored on your own device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for all claims relating to the Service, whatever the legal basis, is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) USD 50.

If a paid feature does not work as described, we will first try to fix it; if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you may cancel and receive a refund of the fees for the affected period. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory remedy you have.

PoolIndex does not guarantee that you will find, qualify for, receive or successfully claim any digital asset or reward. The absence of findings does not prove that nothing exists, and a finding does not prove legitimacy, value or availability. Any fee is charged for access to software features, not for financial results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of mandatory consumer or data protection law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where the law of your country does not allow a limitation in this section, that limitation applies only to the extent the law allows.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of blockchain networks, RPC providers, hosting or internet services, changes made by third-party projects, cyber-attacks we could not reasonably prevent, and acts of authorities, provided we take reasonable steps to limit their effect.

Your wallet, your decisions

You are solely responsible for the security of your devices, wallets, seed phrases and private keys, and for every transaction you sign or approve. PoolIndex never asks for your seed phrase or private key and cannot reverse any blockchain transaction.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify the operator against third-party claims, and the reasonable, documented costs of defending them, to the extent they arise from (a) your intentional or fraudulent misuse of the Service, (b) your use of the Service to break the law or to harm others, such as phishing or scams, or (c) material you submit that infringes someone else's rights. This does not apply to any claim caused by the operator's own breach, negligence or misconduct, and it does not limit your rights as a consumer. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in its defence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, security practices, technical developments or changes to the Service. The current version and its effective date are published on this page. Material changes get a new version identifier: if the current version is newer than the one you accepted, you will be asked to review and accept it again before you continue. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired.

Governing law and jurisdiction

PoolIndex is operated from Israel. These Terms are governed by Israeli law, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise. If you live outside Israel, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the law that would otherwise apply, and nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings where applicable law allows. Where no mandatory rule provides otherwise, disputes may be brought before a competent court in Israel.

Language, app stores and severability

These Terms may be available in several languages. Translations are intended to carry the same rights and obligations; where versions differ materially, the reading consistent with applicable law and mandatory consumer protections prevails.

If you obtained a PoolIndex application from an app store (such as Google Play, the Microsoft Store or the Apple App Store), that store's terms also apply to the download. For an application obtained from Apple: these Terms are between you and the operator only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is not responsible for any product warranty, product claim or third-party intellectual property claim relating to the application; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or disregarded only as far as necessary, and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
