Base airdrop checker
Base is a layer 2 network for Ethereum, built on the OP Stack. It uses the same 0x addresses as Ethereum, so the wallet you already have works there. PoolIndex checks a public address on Base for the ZORA community airdrop and for coins and tokens left on the network.
You only paste the public 0x address. You can check a public address without connecting a wallet.
The ZORA community airdrop on Base
Zora, the onchain creator platform, launched its ZORA token on Base in 2025 and set aside part of the supply for its community. PoolIndex reads the official ZORA claim contract on Base for your address. It shows the allocation recorded for the address and whether it has already been claimed, and links to Zora's official claim FAQ.
If you minted or created on Zora, this is the check that matters most on Base. Fake ZORA claim pages have circulated too, so open the claim page only from Zora's official site.
Coins and tokens left on Base
Base is popular for small, frequent transactions, so balances there are easy to lose track of. PoolIndex checks ETH on Base, the USDC, WETH and DAI tokens, and Aave v3 deposits of USDC and WETH on Base. Typical examples are a few dollars of USDC left after a mint, or ETH bridged for fees and never used.
These balances are separate from Ethereum mainnet and from Optimism, even though the address is the same. A wallet app set to another network won't show them.
Your own wallet or an exchange account?
Many people first used Base by withdrawing from an exchange account to Base. If the coins went to a wallet where you hold the recovery phrase, such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet or the Base app, that 0x address is yours, and PoolIndex can check it.
If the coins stayed inside an exchange account, the address belongs to the exchange, and results for it may not apply to you. For those funds, check the exchange's official help pages.
One address, several networks
Because Base uses the same address format as Ethereum, a single 0x address can hold separate balances on Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum One and Polygon at the same time. PoolIndex checks all of them in one scan, and every result names the network it came from, so you can see where each balance is.
About "Base airdrop" offers
Pages promising a Base airdrop appear often, and many are fake claim sites. PoolIndex does not check a token for the Base network itself. If you see an offer for one, find the announcement on Base's official site yourself before doing anything, and never give out your seed phrase or private key.
Verify Base results yourself
Each result shows the network and how it was checked, and airdrop results link to their official source. You can also paste the same public address into Basescan, the Base block explorer, to see balances and history.
Fees on Base are paid in ETH on Base and are usually low, but you still need a small ETH balance there to move tokens. If a result shows something you want to act on, confirm it on Basescan and on the official source first, then decide in your own wallet.
How it works
Install PoolIndex.
Get PoolIndex for Windows from the Microsoft Store, or the Android app from Google Play.
Register and verify your email.
The free plan lets you check 1 wallet and 5 links a month.
Paste your Base address.
It is the same 0x address you use on Ethereum and Optimism.
Read the Base results.
The ZORA airdrop result comes from the official claim contract. Balances and Aave positions show the network and how they were checked.
PoolIndex never asks for your seed phrase or private key. You can check a public address without connecting a wallet.
Frequently asked questions
- Does PoolIndex check the ZORA airdrop?
- Yes. It reads the official ZORA community claim contract on Base for your address and shows the allocation and whether it was claimed.
- Is there an official Base network token airdrop?
- PoolIndex does not check one. Look for any announcement on Base's official site yourself, and be careful with pages that promise a Base airdrop.
- Do I need to connect a wallet?
- No. PoolIndex checks using your public wallet address only, the same address anyone can already see on the blockchain. It never asks for your seed phrase or private key.
- Why don't I see my Base balance in my wallet app?
- Your wallet app may be set to another network. Switch it to Base, or paste the address into Basescan, to see balances there.
- Do I need ETH on Base to check my address?
- No. The check reads public data and costs nothing. You need a little ETH on Base only if you later want to claim or move tokens there.
- Which networks does PoolIndex check besides Base?
- Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Optimism and Polygon, plus specific programs on Sonic and Fantom Opera, all for the same 0x address.
